TAt Christmas Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible products (certain exclusions apply*) within 30 days of delivery, and prior to December 20th of the current year.
Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed after December 20th, even if the order was delivered within the 30-day window. To ensure a return/exchange is processed, the item must be in transit back to our facility by December 20th of that year.
While we offer free shipping for outbound products (some exclusions may apply), please be aware that shipping and handling fees for returns will be the customer’s responsibility. Larger items, such as bigger trees or multiple box orders, may incur higher return shipping fees.
Refund Policy
We aim to process returns and exchanges promptly. However, we reserve the right to reject or assess additional fees for any non-approved returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns—such as those made outside the authorized time frame, or involving used or damaged items—may be subject to partial or zero refund.
Please note that shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we receive your return at our facility, the refund should appear in your account within 7-14 business days, though it can take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.

Store Credit
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, we’re happy to offer that option. When selecting store credit, shipping and handling fees will be waived.
Returns for Defective Items
If you’re returning a product due to a reported defect, you’ll need to go through our Troubleshooting/Warranty claim process before initiating a return. If the item is deemed defective, we may waive the return shipping and handling fee. However, if you choose to skip the Troubleshooting/Warranty process, a return shipping and handling fee will apply.
Exceptions and Exclusions
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original Christmas Breeze packaging. No exceptions will be made for this policy.
- Final Sale: “Open box” and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Size Limitations: We do not accept returns or exchanges for trees 15 feet and taller.
