We offer free shipping within the United States (contiguous 48 states).

Most Orders Delivered via FedEx
Most orders are delivered via FedEx and do not require a signature upon delivery.

Specialty and Large Items
Specialty items and larger artificial trees (such as commercial trees that are 15’ or taller) may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/PO boxes.

Please ensure a valid mailing address is provided when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for any delivery issues if an APO/PO box is used during checkout.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 business hours of being placed unless stated otherwise on the product page. We do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed, unless otherwise specified on the product page. During peak seasons such as Christmas, orders may take longer to process. We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.

Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, your items may be shipped in separate boxes and arrive at different times. Each box will have a separate tracking number.

Freight Shipments
Oversized items, such as commercial-sized Christmas trees, may be shipped via freight carrier. In such cases, you may need to coordinate with our team and the carrier to schedule a delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Dates
While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, please note that these are subject to the carrier’s schedule and any disruptions due to high seasonal volume. ChristmasBreeze.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider. If your package is delayed beyond 5 business days, please contact us for assistance in locating your item.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking all entrances to your home and with neighbors. If the package is still missing, you must report the issue to us within 5 business days from the delivery date. We may require specific documentation to proceed with a claim. After 5 business days, we are unable to assist with lost package claims.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged, please report it to us within 5 business days from the delivery date. We may request documentation, such as photos of the damaged packaging and items, in order to begin the claims process. After 5 business days, we are not responsible for any damaged package claims.

Package Protection
At checkout, you will have the option to purchase Package Protection for a small additional fee. This service is designed to protect your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please note that Package Protection is only available at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

Storage & Packaging
Some of our items, such as large trees, come with a complimentary storage bag. Please note that the packaging boxes are not required for storing your items after they have been unpacked.
